Spanish inspectors require a customs clearance authorization which allow us to operate under your name and clear customs for you.

So we need you provide following documents:

• Please, print document Customs Authorization and fill in with your company data in the first sheet. Please, seal and sign at the end of second sheet, under the text “THE GRANTOR”.
• A scanned copy of the identity card or passport of the person signing the document.
• A copy of the power of representation (or power of attorney) of that person in the company (customs inspector wants a proof that signing person is working in the company and has power enough to sign it).
